- A good grasp on a starting budget
(It's ok to not have a firm grasp on business plans, budgets and audience.. that's also what we are here to help with.)

Every project comes with it's own unique set of completion parameters. We treat each project as our own and the scope of the project will determine completion times. We conduct scheduling and strategy sessions before hand (Pre-Production) in order to determine milestones and end dates directly with you. We don't rush, we don't skip, we share in the success.

Cost of services varies with each different strategy and request. Initial consultations for services is free of charge. Scale of cost changes with the scale of the project, so a definitive cost is not possible to state, however we do conduct an estimate of charges for the service requested after the first consultation or after the initial project meeting.

Absolutely! Nothing is perfect first run and we honor revision requests with all projects. Do understand that with video projects, the revisions come as edits and those require greater efforts for revision. Some projects will have 1-3 Free revisions, while others (given scope) will require charge per revision. ALL revisions and charges are presented BEFORE any production begins. We like to have you onboard with us during and through the process in order to hit the mark right the first time, but we understand adjustments may be needed too.
